My next graphic adventure has begun! Follow along on Instagram as I reveal my next masterpiece one panel at a time! “Revenge of the Night Shadows” is a paranormal romance. Like, share, comment, and raise a ruckus with me as I stir the pot of nightmares for a tale so chilling, it will make you shudder!

I remember….I experience….and then I must document it all!

I started experimenting with book making and junk journaling a year ago, and I’ve been loving the trial and error it takes to tell my story! For years I used to create art journals, but something about actually making a book or vessel and then writing my stories by hand is really lighting me up these days! Be on the lookout for upcoming posts about using journaling in art, book making and more!

Coming back to my heart and spirit!

Beyond all the art projects, I’ve been taking as good of care of myself as possible. I’m watching what I eat and counting calories, stepping up self care, I am a member of Curvy Yoga, I’m spending time in prayer and meditation, journaling and reading a lot. Now that I’m 46 and experiencing the ups and downs of mid life, I’ve been in a deep restoration project of my mind, body and soul. If you want to check out Curvy Yoga, I wanted to share the link here!
